Reservation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS AND RATES

Should you wish to book your stay with us, you can do so by clicking “BOOK NOW” button on our website or by contacting our Reservations Team (e-mail: reservations@citysquare.co.bw, telephone number: +267 2441224).

Terms & Conditions:

  • Reservation can only be activated upon receipt of 50% of the online booking fee. This will be charged directly and immediately to the client’s credit card
  • The balance of 50% will be paid upon checking in/ out by the client
  • Please note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
  • Extra mattress are available in family room. Please request one at time of booking.
  • All rates include VAT.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY:

  • Cancellations should be made 72hours before the initial arrival date
  • the 50% reservation fee can only be returned to the customer when reservation terms and conditions have been complied with
  • Refunds will be processed and made within 10days of receiving such cancellation and verifying client’s account details

BOOKING AMMENDMENT

All booking amendments/ variations must be done with a 72 hour notice. Failure to comply will result in non-refund (where applicable) or additional charges being applied
